Self-collection increased screening without lowering detection

Offering self-collected human papillomavirus tests through primary care greatly increased cervical screening, especially in under-screened women, while biopsy-confirmed detection of serious disease remained similar. *Retrospective cohort study; Level 2b (OCEBM).
